Well my thought is that if he did happen to get my lisence plate number and calls in the next few days he can't really do anything since we agreed nothing had been damaged. If he tries to do something now he can't say it was becasue of me it could have been some one else.

He can't do anything now... even if he show up with damage to his car, how can he prove the damage didn't happen after your accident? He didn't take pictures or anything, and there were no witnesses

I walked away with no injuries, the guy I hit walked away. The only marks were to his right rear bumper and my front left bumper.......................and the 3 trees I took out to stop my truck. And the airbag still didn't go off.
