He's going to be really disappointed when that pursuit turns up nothing (assuming it even gets off the ground, which is far from guaranteed).

You seem sure of that. Like a Trump supporter that is totally sure their didn’t do anything either.

that would be highly unlikely. What probably happened is all the deep state peeps saw trumps illegal shit 2 years ago and put a plant in to catch him. This all got fucked up when the retard actually won.

“BREAKING: Republican lobbyist just told me that Trump and his White House are “bracing” for indictments of Americans prob for conspiring against US & fraud. Likely to include Roger Stone, Sam Clovis, and more charges against Paul Manafort. Maybe Kushner and Don Jr”.

Could be another outburst before another hammer drops.

Trump HQ : Load up the Pardon gun n****rs.

https://www.bloomberg.com/news/arti...trump-team-would-have-crossed-line-nunes-says

President Donald Trump said he’ll “demand” an investigation into possible infiltration of his campaign for political purposes by the Obama administration or others.

“I hereby demand, and will do so officially tomorrow, that the Department of Justice look into whether or not the FBI/DOJ infiltrated or surveilled the Trump Campaign for Political Purposes - and if any such demands or requests were made by people within the Obama Administration!” Trump said on Twitter.

His comment comes after House Intelligence Chairman Devin Nunes said U.S. spy agencies crossed a “red line” if they planted a paid informant inside Trump’s campaign.

This whole series of events is such a shame. If Trump collaborated with a foreign government to win the election then he’s got what’s coming to him. If Obama used our justice dept to spy on the opposition for political purposes then screw him too. The US can’t survive this shit every 4-8 years.

If an informant was in the Trump campaign for political purposes then why didn't we hear anything against him? It's not like there was nothing going on, but all we heard was about Hillary. Putting someone in place to get dirt against Trump and then say nothing. Further it's contrary to what we know and that is the DOJ was very quiet about anything before the election. No accusations or leaks.

Not completely sure, but remember: Trump is almost always lying, especially when he's trying to deflect from investigations into his own criminality. It's a simple matter of logic. If someone has zero historical credibility and every incentive to lie, why would you believe them?

Trump supporters are completely sure because they treat their support like an article of faith -- Trump must be right not because there's evidence he's right (not that there is any evidence), but because their world views hinge on assuming he's right.

Not doubting that he does

Think of it this way: someone who lies about things you can disprove with a 5-second Google search isn't suddenly going to be trustworthy with an allegation like this. A tiger doesn't change his stripes.

Any law enforcement agent should resign before accepting this order.

We have a constitutional crisis happening right now. He needs to be removed for the sake of the country.

Trump probably is lying, that’s not the point. It seems crazy to automatically assume Obama's innocence though. Whether they are a compulsive liar or not doesn’t mean they are guilty/innocent of corruption. But since that’s the arguement being made here is a 5-second Google search

And certainly don’t forget the whopper of wmd's from Bush. Politicians lie. Politics corrupts.

Does that prove the Obama admin's innocence?

So, Obama is guilty because Trump said so? Hmm, interesting.

A pathological liar is all of a sudden a credible source of information, because it feels right. What was that phrase Trump supports love so much? Oh yeah, fuck your feels.

Trump has had a hard on for Obama for almost a decade. He knows what buttons to push with his base. Whether or not there's anything actually found, many people will now believe this happened.

Muddy the waters & invoke false equivalency. Trump is desperate to discredit the FBI & the DoJ. He's pulling out all the stops.
