This fat idiot actually thinks he is a King. He is using the same manner of speech as a "Royal Decree". Who is he to demand anything of the so-called Justice department? Aren't these supposed to be two independent branches of government?

Every morning I wonder what country this is I've woken up in. What's next? Will he demand that Bezos be imprisoned?

Yes and no. The Justice Department is part of the Executive Branch, but operates independently. Sort of. They don't answer to the President as such, but the Attorney General is appointed by the President as part of his Cabinet. Do the math. Hilary managed to stay out of jail because Bill and Barack ordered their DOJs on what to pursue and what not to pursue.

He's going to be really disappointed when that pursuit turns up nothing (assuming it even gets off the ground, which is far from guaranteed). I'd be laughing at Trump's unfounded paranoia and pettiness if it weren't that he's dragging down the entire country in the process.

President Donald Trump said he’ll “demand” an investigation into possible infiltration of his campaign for political purposes by the Obama administration or others.

“I hereby demand, and will do so officially tomorrow, that the Department of Justice look into whether or not the FBI/DOJ infiltrated or surveilled the Trump Campaign for Political Purposes - and if any such demands or requests were made by people within the Obama Administration!” Trump said on Twitter.

His comment comes after House Intelligence Chairman Devin Nunes said U.S. spy agencies crossed a “red line” if they planted a paid informant inside Trump’s campaign.

This whole series of events is such a shame. If Trump collaborated with a foreign government to win the election then he’s got what’s coming to him. If Obama used our justice dept to spy on the opposition for political purposes then screw him too. The US can’t survive this shit every 4-8 years.

Well so far Nunes is batting .000 when it comes to presenting facts accurately and in context in regards to the Russia investigation.

So probably another swing and a miss.

“BREAKING: Republican lobbyist just told me that Trump and his White House are “bracing” for indictments of Americans prob for conspiring against US & fraud. Likely to include Roger Stone, Sam Clovis, and more charges against Paul Manafort. Maybe Kushner and Don Jr”.

Could be another outburst before another hammer drops.

So Trump, being the Supreme Exalted Hypocrite of the GOP is demanding what actually is an politically contrived investigation be launched to back up his claim that a "spy" was planted in his campaign staff for political purposes.

Can't get any more hypocritcally politically motivated than that. Donny Boyo, you've outdone yourself.......again.

Apparently, the Nutter-in-Chief claims the dastardly FBI planted a spy in his campaign, in order to pass information to the Democrats for an October surprise that would undermine his bid for the presidency.

Which, as we now know, totally worked..lol

I going to assume Trump did not type that tweet out. And I can just picture Giuliani looking over his shoulder dictating to him

One of the downsides of believing in conspiracy theories is that these people - like Trump - genuinely believe that people get away with outrageous stuff, like staging mass shootings, faking birth certificates and 9/11 with holograms. Which leads them to believe that they can get away with outrageous stupid stuff. Now it doesn’t seem that anyone but Trump is putting much effort into pretending to be innocent anymore - mostly they’re just screaming about how the cops that caught them were out to get them and not playing fair.

If I brought in known Russian stooges to run my campaign I'd expect the FBI to come sniffing around. You know, doing their job & protecting the People.

That's a no-brainer for anybody but the Donald.

The effort is to create a civil war. "The liberals are trying to destroy God, his holy choice of president, jobs, social status of whites, real America etc." The vultures have their beaks deep in the corpse and are looking for NRA guns to save them. It's getting closer and closer to crunch time. Are we there yet?

As usual, Trump's supporters will rise up and shout to the heavens that yes! we need to investigate!!! But when it all turns into the farce that it is they'll act as if the "investigation" never happened just like the Benghazi where all the Repubs wanted was to drive down Hillary's approval numbers for her run at the presidency. That contrived ploy worked marvelously for the Repubs, facts and the truth be damned.

The Repubs have developed and have mastered the art of burying the facts of a matter under tons of bullshit so much so that in most cases, separating the gold nuggets buried in the shit becomes an act of futility which is exactly what the Repubs intentions are. They've managed to make bullshit more attractive and palatable than any which way a prime ribeye could be dished up and most of their constituency just digs into that crap like it really is the real deal. Witness their 80+ approval ratings for Trump as evidence.
