I the undersigned would like to start a petition for creating the :shiftyeyes; smiley! It should be animted with two frames. Furrowed eyes to the left and furrowed eyes to the right, infinite loop. SIMILAR TO THIS!

With this new convent, we can fully express ourselves in the ATOT cyberworld! Think of all the possibilities:

1. Please help me scam this lame scammer! :shiftyeyes;

2. YAGT: MY GF COMING OVER WHAT SHOULD I DO?!?!? :shiftyeyes;

3. A: Who voted NO in the Jessica Alba is HOT poll?
B: Not me! :shiftyeyes;
