OK, this is why, when I'm in class, I take notes with notepad, also related examples and homeworks. At the end of the day, I send email to myself with GMail. Now, I can look at the emails as conversation, and I'll have everything layed out, in chronological order. Attachments are also there, in relation to their dates.
When reviewing, it beats looking for all the notes and works through torn paper notes and text books.
