i know both my neighbors have cats, and they normally hang out in my yard at night. this is the first time i heard one meow for 10 seconds straight pretty loud, i tried to find it outside but it was nowhere to be found. i came inside and it did the same thing like an hour later. sounded like it was coming right outside my window. it's not in harm is it? theres nothing outside in my yard that could hurt the cats. i'd go outside again and try to look for it, but its gettin late and i need to go ot bed.
