it was true, however i think a new york judge brought the site down, check cnn.com they have info there.

I think it was VoteAuction - judges in both New York and Illinois have already shut them down in those areas and the Justice Department is looking into further charges. The guy that runs it is from another country though, so there's little chance he'll be hauled back here to face charges of voter fraud.

*I should add, the domain name was also pulled, so you won't find the website at that URL anymore.
