I heard on the radio but havent found confirmation: Verizon suing websites that tell how to hack their phones

Has anyone found anything on this yet? It really doesnt necessary concern me since Im with TMobil and using an HP Ipaq. But is an interesting item if true.

The only lawsuit I've heard is Verizon getting sued because they cripple the Bluetooth features on their phones.
