Sorry I have been quiet for awhile, I haven’t been feeling great & my energy levels have been low. Nothing new really, just continuing long covid fatigue. Did go to get my first of the new covid vaccine boosters recently. Hope the new one will come out in early Fall.

I hope they crack this long hauler stuff soon. Sorry to hear it's still screwing with you. If the hardcore Lyme,etc removal treatment my mom is doing (apheresis, filtering during various medicines, vitamin C) has any effect on the brain fog and low energy she's had since covid, I'll let you know. Hang in there Jean.

Yes! He really shines with fish & his chicken skills are strong along with his pasta game.

Excellent. Your appetite doing better? Has your sense of taste gone back to normal yet? I still have this one coworker who can't savor coffee like he used to, he mentions it a lot. Dude is legit depressed over it. He's gotten over his low energy and headaches though. I hope you can get there, or better.

Hope your boys have avoided having long hauler crap too!

My tastebuds are back but I am still exhausted. Thankfully husband & son haven’t had long hauler symptoms
