I started to get that, too. Then I noticed my BMI was .1 away fom being "obese" (this was on Thanksgiving after I'd eaten though) and cut back right then. Right now I'm in the middle of the "overweight" range but I still think its a bunch of crap because they don't have different scales for men and women.

That's the problem 😉. I'm horrible at all sports, and I really should start running, but you know how it is. Since I started working @ Best Buy, I've been eating junk food for lunch, since it's convinent to walk next door to McDonalds. I must've gained 20 pounds in 6 months. As of January 1st, no more junk food 🙂.

and....30-60 minutes of exercise/day and that can mean just a brisk walk.
