I have TWC ultimate 200, but I only got 130 top
My modem is SB6183, when I directly connect from the modem to PC I can get ~220/23, but when I connect it through router I can only get 130/23
My router is Buffalo airstation highpower wzr-hp g300nh2
is there anything wrong with the router?

That depends, how are you connecting to the router? If it's through wireless it's highly unlikely that you'll hit the top speed of your connection.

Get a faster router?

Go to SmallNetBuilder, look up the WAN to LAN charts. They rate routers on how fast that they can route through the WAN port.

Sounds like your router is just under-powered (not too surprising, being an N 300 router, rather than an AC router).

I'm connecting it throught the supposely gigabit ethernet lan port. But most likely my router is not powerful enough as suggested below

That's probably the case, I'll get a new router and give it a try. Do you have any recommendations by any chance?

I'm curious, outside of speedtest results, do you actually NEED or USE the full 200mbps? If not, why have it or spend more money on a more powerful router if you don't actually need it?

If that router came with a customized dd-wrt version, you are likely cpu bound by the 400mhz single core cpu on the WAN side. dd-wrt does not support CFE (Hardware NAT). Time for a router upgrade if you want faster WAN speed.
