I have to write a paper for my hospitality class

So for my final in my hospitality class (culinary arts major), I need to come up with an ethical issue that the hospitality industry faces, and present arguments for both sides of it.

There are some general ones that we cant do, like hiring illegal immigrants, trans fats, etc.

Can anyone here think of any ethical situations in either the hotel or restaurant business?

Desk clerks taking a $20 to upgrade your room for the weekend. At the regular room rate.

Thinking along those lines, unnecessary charges that hotels make could be one, hmmmm, I think i might do that.
