I have to be up and working at 07:00...

I do that crap all the time. It's WAY easier than pulling a graveyard + morning double with zero sleep, like I did Friday night. I'm doing it again right now with about an hour and a half of sleep.

You can tell when they're coddled teenagers when they whine about being up to go to work at 7 and care enough to make a thread about it. Personally, I'm up at 5am and outside by 5:15 working. It's a wonderful start to the day to hear the transition from peepers to the first song birds singing in the morning, then watch the beautiful sunrise every morning. Whine about it? I think it's the best part of the day. Plus, if you start work at 7, I'm sure you'll be home with plenty of daylight left to actually do something outside, though, I suspect you'll go to your bedroom and immerse yourself in the "outdoors" of world of warcraft or something. 😛

I usually go to bed about 10pm and get up right at 1am. You poor thing! 7am, the horror! If there is any benefit (and believe me there arent many) to my hours is that I can at least catch the first inning of a west coast game the Atlanta Braves are playing and usually catch the end of the game on the way to work.

Peace

You usually sleep 3 hours a night? That sounds horrible and not healthy at all.
