Unless you have old socket 939 CPU, AGP & DDR laying around, I wouldn't bother.

It was good, but that was many years ago. It is going to be slow by today's standards, and it is going to be expensive to get the outdated components that you would need.

You should give that board away. In my town there is a charity that takes old computer & computer parts to build systems for people who don't have money.
