i have this file on my c drive, and so does everyone else on my network....

its a .txt file, and its named cheaters
inside it says Windows renabled
weird..... it dosnt say who created it either. all people on my network are using XP Pro

what could this be from?
 
I'm not 100% sure but I think it detects if anyone on the servers you play are cheating, if so then it logs their nick and what cheat has been detected into the cheaters.txt file.
