He was hand fed from the beginning, so he's really friendly. He sits on the counter and play with pennies, sits on the babys shoulder while she wanders around and plays, walks up the stairs to come see us, poops all over. He's a cool bird, I dig him 🙂

I used to want to be an ornathologist when I was younger.
 
I had a pet ant. I would try to feed him but he would bring all his friends over and make a mess.

I got some birds too, and two of them are hand raised and really friendly as well, one of them is attached to humans and can sit on anyones shoulder all day. the funny thing is, when new people come to my house it flies to them, and they think the bird is trying to attack them so they run lol

That's cute.

My GF was birdsitting a neighbour's Conjur that was just bought. It was an odd looking bird but seemed to have a friendly disposition. So I let it out of the cage (wings clipped) and it jumped onto my hand and proceeded to chirp. It then crawled up my arm till it got to my shoulder and then it started rubbing its head against my neck. It was so cute. I played with him for about 30 mins. He loved all the attention. Then I decided to have a drink of water. Well that bird started making the strangest noises and reaching for my glass. I thought he was thirsty, but when I put the glass next to him, he decided to take a bath instead. He made a mess all over me but I had never seen a bird go so nuts over water. I later found out he liked going for showers in the bathroom and you had to hide any exposed water or he would jump right on it. LOL
