i have the celeron 633 not overclocked.. and my comp heatsink is very cool.. ????

I have the same cpu. Play some 3D games the heatsink should become warm.

Check to make sure the heatsink is on without moving much. Intel heatsink move a bit.

If possible get a Golden Orb cooler it's not expensive and it's very good fits on the cpu very tight and helps the cpu stay cooler compared to the Intel heatsink.

Normally the Coppermine CPUs are relatively cool and don't heat up the heatsink much if you are not doing anything strenuous in particular. Go run Quake 3 for a while.....that should heat it up.
