I have some strange folders that I can't delete!

They're a bunch of alphanumeric characters, they have 0 size, and they stay read-only even after I change the attribute. Inside each, there's a subfolder named 'sp2'. When I try deleting, it gives me a permission error. Even with the admin account. How can I delete? Hmm, maybe renaming first. Any other ideas?

You can probably boot into safe mode at the command prompt and delete from there. Just be sure they are not needed.

boot into safe mode, or try ending every task that you don't need. Something is using that file (spyware?) and windows won't let you delete it until it is no longer being used.
