I have some ribs that need to be cooked tonight

We usually always get the Corkey's ribs but instead of paying 12 bucks for them frozen we bought some country style ribs for 6-7 bucks and there is more ribs than the Corkey's frozen pack comes with. I have never made ribs but was looking at some recipes online, some are saying to bake in foil with water for a bit then drain and put back in the oven. Others are saying to boil then put in the oven, what does at recommend?

Braised.

Throw salt and spices on it, put a roasting pan with a rack and a little water, cover and bake at 325 for 3 hours (or 225 for 8 hours.)

Then uncover and broil so it's browned.

No recommendation from me. I always smoke them.

Country style.....you have a grill? Indirect heat at 275° - 300° for about 3 hours.

The 3-2-1 method works surprisingly well. Have only done it twice as experiments.
 
They cant be any worse than the frozen ribs we usually get...hope not anyway. I have a grill but I just want something I can throw in the oven this time
 
oh and I wouldn't bake it with the ribs and water in the same container. Put the water in a baking dish under the ribs (lower rack). You are trying to keep the moisture in the oven so they don't dry out.
 
How long you plan on cooking? Wrap in foil and bake at 325°F for 2 hours, then remove, slather in BBQ sauce of choice, wrap in foil and bake another hour. SHould be moist.

This. With country-style ribs I've cooked them for a long time, they render down. I've done this in a skillet and it's great. Cube them and and stir occasionally. They basically fry themselves.
