I have some Buffalo steaks

Any ideas for a good marinate? Ive never had buffalo before.

Buffalo tastes to me like beef, except beefier. I get to eat it so infrequently I'd probably just go with salt and pepper, nothing to mask that flavor.

I thought it seemed drier when I had it, so a marinade might not be a bad idea. Especially with steaks, as I always think a dry steak seems tougher anyway.

None needed ... just a bit of garlic salt and slap'er on the grill. Don't overcook.

garlic, salt, pepper, and olive oil or butter to not allow it to dry.

Buffalo is slightly drier.
