My roommate and I got the idea for a website that'd do just what I posted there. When we were walking around town looking for apartment ads people put up on telephone poles we noticed a whole ton of missing pet posters too. We got the idea to start a website where we just call the number and pull off a conversation just like that. Record it, post it on the 'net.

Never got around to it though.

(of course we wouldn't kill the animals or anything, we'd make the call knowing squat about the person's pet).
