I have OCZ 'Gold' RAM...

I am going to OC my X2 3800...I have Dual Channel PC3200 2x512MB sticks of OCZ timed at 3-3-3-7 if I'm not mistaken...

any help would be appreciated for I have never OC'ed...I just want to learn how to do it really...looking for a jump from 2.0 to 2.3 or 2.4...
