What is wrong with people that need to sleep past their normal waking up times.

You are pretty useless if you can't get up by 7 in the morning.

Your cousin had me up all night last night. One shot of Jack and she was swinging on my nuts all night.

I deserved the time I slept in after that.

That wasn't his cousin, that was his sister. Did she talk about his penis all night?

By the way OP, are you saying that you get up at 7:00am and this is normal? LOL....many around here get up well before that. I get up at 4:50am on weekdays and usually go to sleep sometime after midnight. I do sleep in a little on the weekends and about once a month, I crash (get up after noon).

I have high sleep requirements. I have done jobs that required me to wake up at 5am, but that means I need to go to sleep by 830.... That lifestyle doesn't work for me.

I'm with you on this except that 7am is half way through the day. If your butt ain't moving by 6am you're probably like totally unethical.

i haven't had to get up before 7am since highschool.

EDIT:

which explains why it bothers you, since you are still in highschool.

I woke up at about 12:30PM when the phone went off. Checked it, went back to bed, woke up at ~1:40PM, humped my pillow and was out of there by 2PM.

Weekdays I get up around 6AM, though.

You're my hero... seriously. I wish I could sleep until 12:30PM.

And my pillow won't have me... :(

I hate getting up early and it's hard on me and makes me tired all day. If I'm off I have no reason to, so I don't set an alarm, and I get up whenever I wake up.

Though if I sleep in too much it has the same effect on me as getting up early so sometimes I set an alarm anyway I just set it for like 10-11pm to at least break me out of deep sleep, then I'll lie down/sleep for another hour and hopefully wakeup naturally. I usually try to get up by 12pm on a day that I'm off. Anything later and it's just wasting my day. Anything earlier and I'm just too tired to do anything productive anyway.

What makes you think you can judge what time a people rises in the morning?...Some people are morning people and some are night owls...makes the world go round....

Let me guess: Mayne doesn't have a job or any kind of responsibilities, but at least he still gets up early without needing to so he can feel like he has a daily routine.

Am I close?

The people I know who wake up before 7am also fall asleep for a nap at 2-3pm, while those who sleep in later stay awake and productive the whole day.

This thread is beyond worthless.
