I am ordering parts for a new gaming PC. I can't reach a consensus on which Z77 ATX motherboard to get. My parts are:

CPU: i7 3770k

GPU: MSI GTX 680 2GB/OC Twin Frozr III

MEMORY: Corsair Vengeance 8GB

OPTICAL DRIVE: Asus 24x DVD Burner

HARD DRIVE: Western Digital WD1002FAEX 1TB Caviar Black

SSD: Samsung 840 120 GB SSD

PSU: Corsair HX750

SOUNDCARD: Asus Xonar DX

OS: Windows 7 OEM

CASE: Corsair 600T White Edition

CPU COOLER: Hyper 212 EVO

I want to do some overclocking (as much as the Hyper 212 will allow me). I have no use for integrated Wi-Fi or Bluetooth. Would like to stay under $200. Most important thing to me is stability. Best one I've come across is this one:

Any recommendations? Thanks!!!

Nice Board (link) but total overkill for just 'some' overclocking, considering you have a budget. Any GB Z77 board should provide you the ability to do normal overclocking with relative ease and stability.
