I have no idea what to buy my wife for her birthday

I was originally going to buy my wife an iphone but that ended up as a mothers day present. Now I haven't a clue what to get her. I really don't want to beat the jewelry shops for "diamonds or gold" because my heart wouldn't be in it. I want to get her something she's not expecting.
Somebody help me out here. She is half the prettygirl type(likes glamor products) and half the outdoorsy type.

There must be SOMETHING unique & interesting I can get for her that cost less than a new porsche.

Dick on a stick! I kid I kid.

What about a spa package somewhere oustide the city where you guys can do a romantic hike first, or something like that. You can hike, have a nice picnic, then you guys can do couples massagem, or she can have a massage while you sit at the bar or whatever. Did something similar to this with my ex a few years back (we went up to Whistler) and she loved it.

A loaf of bread, some lunchmeat, some cheese, lettuce, tomatoes, mayo, and mustard. Maybe a new apron.

Fleshlight.

that way, she won't have to keep invoking "The headache" every damn night.

Activities > gifts.

Go away for a long weekend somewhere and go hiking. Go wine tasting, go horseback riding, get a couples massage, etc. Go to a county fair for the day and get her a $8 sterling silver ring for a keepsake.

You gotta door? You gotta gym!

She'll love it. Bonus points if you install it and insist on watching her 1st workout.

Buy her a new apron and some cookware. All women love getting cookware since they spend all their time in the kitchen!

My wife actually does like getting cookware for her birthday :). I've bought her a coffee pot, some Le Creuset pans, and probably some other things I can't remember as presents in the past.

Well if she's a coffee addict, or just has good taste in coffee ... a coffee pot isn't a bad idea at all as long as it's a decent one ...

for the OP ... if yer wifey likes her coffee ... get her a french press and a good burr grinder!
