Go up to them, smile and introduce yourself, then ask if they'd like to go out with a super secret agent. If they laugh and seem responsive, proceed to converse and ask them out. If they laugh at you, then you know what to do...
 
with an attitude like that, you will never get girls.

I have friends that are butt ugly, not rich, not buff, but they get girls all the time, cuz they are confident in themselves. That's all you need.
