I have no favorite color

Do I really have no soul? I have many other "favorite" things, but I never had a "favorite" colors. Is color something you acquire taste for? Like stare at the rainbow for days?

I don't have favorites generally, I find I can generalize my preferences enough to where having a "favorite" isn't meaningful.
Essentially having a favorite is exclusionary, and I'm always willing to accept the possibility that I'll appreciate some other thing more at some later date.

I have favorites. Though since my favorite color is "blue", and not any specific blue, I suppose you could argue that it is a preference, not a favorite. But then if I prefer something, I favor it. Round and round we go.

My 4 year old daughter couldn't understand the concept of not having a favorite, so to avoid her head from exploding due to confusion, I picked purple.

My favorite color depends on what it's on. For clothes it's black. For cars it's different, for house paint it's different etc.
