I have mastered the art of Buffalo Wings

Recipe notes
20 oz of chicken wings; sectioned washed and dried.
prepare 1 cup flour and season with:
1 teaspoon chili powder
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/2 to 1 teaspoon Cayenne
3 tablespoons breadcrumbs

coat wings with flour,

cook in oil at 350 F til lightly brown, turn as necessary

Sauce:
1/2 stick butter
1-2 tablespoons of flour mixture from above
1/4 cup RedHots hot sauce
1-2 teaspoons cayenne

combine butter and flour, stir over low heat until smooth
add cayenne, stir
add sauce

Apply sauce liberally over wings. EAT.

HOMEBREW OF COURSE! that particular beer is something akin to a english ale. not too hoppy, and full of malt and alcohol (the sweetness really went well with those wings).
