When friends are picking up dinner from a Thia restaurant make sure they know how hot to get it. Usually when ordering from places i get it "extra hot". so that's what they asked for..

they got my chicken in red curry. its so fucking hot im sweating and my mouth hurts. it is amazing but very damn hot.

Next time try "thai hot". But you have to order in Thai otherwise they get you the watered down white boy version.

Sounds good. Sweating and mouth hurting is my baseline of acceptable heat. I prefer it teetering on the edge of inedible, but unfortunately I haven't found a place that makes food like that. The closest is a local bar that has "nuclear" wing sauce. That's pretty good, but the service there sucks. Also, they used too much vinegar last time I got it :^/
