I have hair around my nipples

Despite what the current trend of males getting their chests waxed may make you think, it is in fact normal for a post pubescent male to have hair on his chest.

edit: and there's quite a few of em, not just like three. Maybe more around 10. And I can't pull em out, I tried. I was considering trimming em, but they're alright, I don't want to encourage growth.

I have hairy nipples too. Sometimes I like to braid it in a circle around each nipple so I look like I have a binary star system on my chest.

I have the same nipple hair. Sadly (or thankfully?), my dad has very little chest hair. Those genes were passed to me.

Just use the beard trimmer on that shit. Shaving is a pain in the rear, and el natural is not attractive to women in general.
