I recently moved from an apartment and into a house. I had numerous connection related issues when I lived in the apartment. Two days ago I had a cable line installed in my house and the Roadrunner service transfered over to the house. Now I get disconnected every 15 minutes and the time that I do have service I have tons of dropped packets. They are sending someone out tomorrow, but I have very little faith that Time Warner will fix it. After thinking about what I went through in the past I ordered DSL through ZoomTown here in Cincinnati. Should I just cancel the RoadRunner service and forget about have a service tech come out or should I wait until I have both services in order to compare the two? I really don't know what to expect with DSL. It may be better or it may even be worse.
