I have had enough of Staples CSR'S

As some of you might know I did a buy with Staples early this mourning for the Plextor 8x4x32x and have my order # confirmed at least three times since by CSR emailing me with some problem with either the PM or refiguring my confirmed order all over again from the begining.The last person emailed me just after 12pm and again I gave them my order # and they said sorry and I said is this straightend out they said oh yes.

I just got another email from a different CSR saying I need to get in touch with them regarding my shipping code so they can figure my PM.Thats it the stupid 127.00000000 rw isnt worth all this crap.Im going to cancel this problem because I cant stand to see a so called Business cry over one order.Besides if I cancel I can get it cheaper elseware.

Staples can take there next day mailing charges added to PM'S and their chargeing tax when most internet companys dont and their rediculos over priceing $226.49 for the same item that buy.com has for $148.95 and go fall off into a sewer.....they are history in my book......forever :| Oh yea we are so sorry for all the trouble this order has caused you BAHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHH:p Oh yea I guess ill have to make do with the Plextor 12x10x32a that buy.com is shipping me right now and besides I needed to upgrade my DVD anyway:cool:

Staples CSRs are like that. I've gotten my order cancelled before and one time it came but I had to send it back because they didn't honor my coupon and sent it at full price. On top of that, they never sent something I ordered (at least they didn't charge me for it). I can sympathize with you but then again, I can understand the CSRs working for Staples. They're just doing their job ...

Funny, I thought their job was to help the customer, not screw them...

Besides, why does some CSR give a damn if someone get's a good deal using STAPLE'S OWN POLICIES???

Further, southbound: You know, if you give up, they win! ;)

I think I did the same deal you did, although my order went through flawlessly, and the CSR was incredibly polite. The only email I got was to confirm my order and give a tracking number. To a large extent, I suppose it's just luck of the draw.

HaHa heck I havent gotten this much responce all day except from the CSR from Staples.I checked with my credit card company and they have already sent for amount aproval two times today.Geez how many times do they have to charge me for the same item.Like I said I can buy the rw for less right now,but I decided I DONT NEED IT.Also I wanted to put on the board what kinda crap that they are putting me through in case they are doing anyone else the same way.Well I have to respond back to them even though I have a order #,a shipping time one week from today and have ben over this with at least 3 different CSR.:disgust:

Time to CANCEL

I had to go thro' similar $#!+.
They could not find out shipping and handling charge the PM'ing place is chanrging so my order was on hold, and next day I got a call from Staples CSR telling me that they will charge 24.90, that's next day morning delivary charge at PM'ing place. I received the DAMN Plextor after 6 days'
Lucckily I called in for another price match with ChaseShop.com and used 40 off 150. I still payed more than y'all.
