I have gotten 15 to 20 .SCR viruses in my mail today

repeatedly i have been gettin a virus .scr anybody else gettin this?
its in my msn account. luckily i have antivirus running.

I've never gotten an email virus. I think AVG antivirus keeps zapping them without me knowing..?

Klez is a good one for giving out .scr files... We should have a contest to see who could get the most spyware and viruses on one computer so that we would know what it feels like to be a "regular" PC user, hehe.

Speaking of Klez....... Whomever wrote that virus did an awesome job... That thing is STILL spreading like 8 months after it started.

If somebody ever takes the distribution "engine" of that virus and makes it a destructive virus (Klez is generally harmless from what I've seen), there is going to be some serious problems.

What I really wonder is why virus writers don't do that in the first place. Not that I want them to, but I just wonder..

Hotmail virus going around that is .scr My friend had it, and it keeps sending itself to anyone on your hotmail buddy list. Pretty bad, he had to reformat to kill it out. If you get it every day, then someone you know or that has your email is sending it to you.

I got 6 emails containing the W32.Sobig.A@mm worm between 10AM yesterday and 8AM today.... Said they were from Big@Boss.com as well...
