I have found the ultimate flip-flops

Being a beach-bum kinda guy I wear flip-flop's (or thongs if that makes you giggle) pretty much any time I am not required to wear real shoes. Like after work, around the house, everywhere but work and funerals mostly.

Well, I have spent a very large portion of my life on the beach.

I lived on Venice Beach back in the 90's for a couple years and I made it a point to swim every single day for over a year(wetsuit needed some days, but not many). I think I qualify, lol.

I'd be "night swimming" right now if I was close to the ocean or the gulf. I think I am part fish. :laugh:

I think you mean look, not luck. I prefer shoes myself, only wear the flip flops at the beach. For most, flip flops are just a fashion. Can't wear your Holister clothes with Nikes, I guess.

My girlfriend thinks my feet look good and nobody else seems to care enough to say anything so I am going for comfort!

I have a pinky toe that has been broken so many times I lost count and regular shoes cause pain. I can't even wear those slide kind of sandals because they compress the messed up toe. You REALLY don't want to walk a mile in my shoes. :laugh:

I have a pinky toe that has been broken so many times I lost count and regular shoes cause pain. I can't even wear those slide kind of sandals because they compress the messed up toe. You REALLY don't want to walk a mile in my shoes. :laugh:

I've seen those. The flip flop ones look okay if you pick a neutral color. I prefer Reefs. Nice and squishy.

My uncle only has his big toe on his left foot. The rest got crushed when he was trying to hop a train. He's lucky he has the big toe for balance. It's pretty nasty looking. But I think just a missing pinky toe wouldn't be so bad.
