its at walgreens too guess there isn't much competition....

btw, your dentist refer you to food grade hydrogen peroxde? or are you diluting the drug store kind?

anyways it works for me, and i use just a capful of the stuff, i figure they want you to use a ton so you'll finish the bottle fast. before when i drank coffee i'd get white tongue gunk, now it doesn't seem to have an effect.

Hmm.. how much does actual diet have to do with it ? For example, junk food eaters (all the time)... and *hardly* any fruit/vegetables.

Diet is very important.

Make sure you get enough water!!!
Also, diary products and anything that will dry your mouth will cause bad breath. Such as coffee (caffeine) and beer.


Some fruits that will help your breath:
Apples, Orange, hmmm can't think of anything else right now.
