I have Direct tv. What if I move....

The place Im living is moving us. The building is sinking, and they need to move us to a different building. The thing is, I cant guarantee I'll be in a place facing south for satellite coverage. Anyone have experience with something like this, or know their rules? I looked through their website, and found that they will move you for free, but what if you dont have coverage?

If you cannot get coverage they will let you out of any contracts they have with you and cancel the service.
