somewhere along the line either the Piracetam, Green Tea Extract (4 grams mind you, this is no children's dose, even LEF might not recommend that) or phenibut prevented my hangover. I am ready for another 3 hours of cardio this morning. I feel amazing! HAHAHA i am now immune to hangovers!

good idea, let me grab my distilled gallon jub and drink to that!

i also have a theory that there is a way to make alcohol metabolize at a rate faster than 1 drink an hour...last time i checked the body can use alcohol for energy...anyone ever conducted a study on alcohol metabolism in individuals who are strenuously exercising? I BET THEY HAVEN'T! FOOLS!

10-15 blackberries and a small glass of water at night and 10-15 blackberries in the morning works better than anything else

they contain antioxidants that seem to make it feel like i never consumed alcohol

Unfortunately none of that cures cirrhosis of the liver.

Just keep telling yourself that.

I personally found the best way to avoid a hangover is TO NOT GET DRUNK IN THE FIRST PLACE.

doesnt make sense, the amount of alcohol dehydrogenase in your body doesnt change with exercise, hence, it wouldnt make a difference. FYI: EtOH dehydrogenase is the rate limiting step in alcohol metabolism.

Yes, it results in excess dehydration and vomiting.
