I have come to a hard decision today

I've decided that I'd eat a bit more healthier.

I usually have some sort of meat in every single one of my meals whether it be beef, chicken, pork.
I have good amount of greens with my meals as well as carbs, but I guess I want get to into better shape 😀

I'm 5' 10" 189lbs I've worked out for about 3 years but I've stopped the past 6-8 months or so.
I finally went back today, wow~ i'm weak as heck 😀

So I will be whipping my lazy ass back into shape

What do you think about green tea?
Has anyone noticed taking multi-vitamins help their cardio workout ?

My Goal is 165lbs 🙂 24lbs don't seem that bad but we'll see

P.S. Yes I know it will be hell cutting down on all those meat and carbs and such
 
There's nothing wrong with eating meat. Just cut down the portion sizes, or skip it once in a while. Everything in moderation.

No i'm being serious

I've taken multi vitamins with a daily cardio work out.. and it improves so much I can definitely run longer
 
try bodyforlife.com it seems to work for a lot of people... i'm just starting out.

eat six meals a day, which includes 6 carbs, and 6 proteins, somewhere in there, add 2 veggies and 10 cups of water.

the size of carb or protein should be the size of your fist.

the myoplex shakes are expensive thou...

keep the meat cut the carbs you be lose the weight in 5 weeks
 
What you should do depends on how fast you want to lose the weight. You could do it in 2 weeks on a DNP, T3, Clen, topped off with some testosterone, arimidex, timed Humalog administration and a TKD diet.
