I have chicken breasts and bacon.

Butterfly the chicken breasts so that you have one large chicken "chop" which is about 0.5cm thick. This should cook reasonably fast to keep up with the bacon.

I like chili on my nachos. But then again I'd like just about anything on a nacho.

I say cut the chicken breasts in half lengthwise and lay out strips of bacon on top of one half then combine them in a meat sandwich and bake. Use some spices too. Just make sure to keep checking on them so you don't fuck it up!
