I have been getting this "low battery voltage" message for a few days now

I get it at right after I boot the machine and gives me a choice to go to options or to continue.

How do I go about replacing my battery? And where do I buy one?

I consider myself somewhat computer savvy but have been falling behind in recent months.

Any help would be appreciated.

Must be the CMOS battery. It looks like a watch battery and is on your mobo. Pull it out and take it to a PC or watch shop. Guess you'll have to reset the BIOS though.

Maybe you mobo manual says what it is (model#, whatever) and you can buy before hand & swap it real quick. Course, most of us don't mind re-doing our BIOS settings anyway. Just a thought. I've never had one go bad, I just pull 'em when I go overboard on a OC.
