I have been admiring the metal side of the galaxy note 4.

That must have took some seriously engineering and designing efforts. The metal sides of the galaxy note 4 really hooked me in on a design standpoint. It DEFINITELY add a more premium quality onto the phone while keeping the removable features.

I like the design whole heartily than the galaxy S6. The Galaxy note 4's design encompasses everything most people can ask for currently.

No wonder the galaxy note 4 sold so well. Such a solid phone.

The Mic does seem a bit low on the recording side. Not sure why though.

Do you mean a pouch or sleeve type of thing?

@ OP the phone has a great premium quality no doubt! Very happy with mine.

sleeve/pouch-like thingie. protects the screen, which is what im concerned about, and also hides most of the "build quality".

great phone anyway. would recommend 10/10.

Yeah I'm a big fan of the design. It's solid, elegant, and feels good in hand. It never really bothered me much, but I'm also glad the slight creakiness of the Note 3 when under pressure is gone.

However, most of it is hidden under the slimmest case I could find - the Ringke Slim case. In black it has a nice matte look vs the more glossy look of the other colors. Even though it's super slim, it still hides the sides.
