I have around $500, I need a new 6.1 receiver? Suggestions?

I have around $500! What 6.1 Receiver should I get?
Im looking into either getting the

1. Denon 2802
2. Harmon Karmon AVR 320
3. Yamaha HTR-5560
4. Onkyo TX-SR600


Oppinions?
