During testing new clock frequency driver performs internal stress-testing, allowing it to detect system instability and rendering artifacts, which you may not see. If stress test fails on that clocks it means that enabled units DON'T work properly on the clocks you are trying to set. If stress test fails even on default clock+1MHz - you are out of luck. Try to boost core voltage and stop spamming me with this 'bugreport'. Simply think a bit.
You do may prevent RT from testing the clocks with DisableClockTesting, but it will not allow Coolbits to overclock higher and it will not make your system more stable than it currently is. You have problems with stability after enabling additional units, and don't fool yourself by disabling clock testing.
