I have an 'IT' job interview tomorrow!

I am pretty pumped about it, I called the guy and he said I can come in for an interview tomorrow at 4:30pm. The only req. are knowledge of networking (Cables, routers, and some software), as well as software installations on PC/Laptops and knowledge of WIN2k3 Server Business Edition! I will get about 15$ an hour, I cant wait! first REAL computer job, as I have no degree under my belt for computers yet, but am working on one. I do have a lot of experience with computers , networking, software, and the such. Its been a great year so far! I just got my first two semesters ( freshman year) under my belt for my BS in CS degree, and I have a job already (totaly different job, but its great pay and great hours), and I just bought a new car I love and now this! I do hope I get the job 🙂.

lifes goin good!

Is it a co-op job? Mine only pays 12.50 and hour and I'm just about done with my associates'. I'm a network admin managing 1 win 2003 server and 130+ PCs including all troubleshooting and replacements, plus 2 smartboards, plus 10+ projectors, plus about 10 WAPs.

congrats.

my guess is all of that actually, its a small business complex, with a few businesses. should be a blast for a first it job, also looks good on the resume!

did I meantion I just filled up at 2.63! hells yeah.

I think an intern is the same as a co-op in most cases.

I like the job but know i'm not getting paid as much as I should. It's a school though, so you can't expect a lot for pay. I like working there but I'll be ready to leave.
