I don't see a reason to rush into Windows 11. Give it a year to work the inevitable bugs out.

Software compatibility in Win11 isn't bad. The problem is hardware compatibility. That being said, @scannall 's suggestion is sound. You won't "need" Windows 11 until 2025. It doesn't have any features that you'd really want unless you're in love with the new desktop (which I don't use anyway).

Your 3200g does appear to be compatible; even still, you need to make sure that you have TPM turned on, that you have a GPT system partition, and that you're using Secure Boot.

Do an in-place upgrade. That way, if you find issues within 10 days, you can revert to w10.
