I have an idea for Twitter

Trump is claiming censorship of himself and conservatives. Trump is threatening to shut them down.

Twitter could say the following. You claim we are taking sides. We are taking your threat seriously. In order not to play favorites to ANYONE we will shutdown 30 days before the election this November and reopen the day after. The playing field will be completely level because no one will run afoul of our TOS. We will not have to be put in the position of public safety vs political speech.

That would work much better. AndI Iadmittedly have no idea how long it takes to spool up a service the magnitude of twitter. Can't be quick, easy, or cheap 😅
