I have an fatal problem error in my win98se

I get this csinsm32 error frequently in my WIN98SE and pretty much sent my comp partialy froze nothing is clickable and and computer responds extremely slow below is my hardware list. Please help.

This is my video card driver along with the latest 1.16 bios for motherboard
anyone can help please?
