I have about 4oz of lump crab meat in the fridge.

Could I possibly make a sandwich with this crabmeat?....maybe if I added mayo? I'd prefer to make a crabmeat sandwich, so what would I have to add to it?

UPDATE:

I have found heaven. 🙂

put it down your pants and then go up to a stranger, wife, girlfriend, friend, dog, etc... and pull down your pants in front of them and say ..."I have crabs"...

You don't do anything with it.

You whip up some fresh mayonaise with some lemon juice in it and you serve chilled with a lemon wedge if you like.

Heaven.

-edit- meaning you just eat the chilled crabmeat and dip it into the mayonaise that you've prepared.

Jazz it up a little...maybe some fine chopped onions, green onions, some garlic salt...

Makes a really good sandwhich (or spread on some Ritz crakers)...

I could just add mayo and maybe some pepper and it would be fine to eat? Is this the way an average normal crab sandwich is made?

heck if i know. Ive never done it. But I imagine it would taste decent. Crab salad is basically the same as tuna salad, isnt it?

How did you make it?

Amazing how interesting someone crab salad sandwhich is when you're stuck in the Law Library for lunch!!!
