i have about $150 for 2x512 ddr upgrade for amd64, any suggestions?

i am looking to upgrade from 2x256 to 2x512 and have about $150 and as always looking for that banalce between cost and speed, or low latency. any good suggestions?




chaintech vnf4 ultra
amd64 939 3000+ winchester
2x256 mushkin 2700
ati x-7000 pro 256
 
the thing that worries me about value select is the true proformance. i put my mushkin 2700 up against some value ram, i think it was kingston 3200, that i got for my dad's rig and they were almost toe to toe in sis sandra 2004. the benchmarks were almost the exaact same, so i am wondering what the value will be besides haveing 2x512 over 2x256. i guess my obvious problem is only wanting to spend around $150. i did look at those corsair, and they are probably at the top of my list with 2.5 lat. and 3.2gb/s. thanks for the posts
