I have about $100 for a case.

Cheaper is better, but anything $100 or less is fine. I'd like something classy, in black. At least one 120mm fan as exhaust, minimum. I'd prefer mid-towers. Any suggestions?

Both support 2x120mm fans (4252 might require some slight cutting in the front, I'm not sure), but the 4252 doesn't come with soft-mounting grommets. Doesn't matter if you're going to suspend your HDs, which you should do.
